Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and investigate workplace incidents and misconduct
• Interview relevant parties to gather crucial information
• Document evidence using varied investigative tools
• Create accurate and detailed reports for clients
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
• Valid Private Investigator license in Ontario
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed
• Experience de-escalating confrontational situations
• Excellent written communication skills
• Must be a Canadian resident authorized to work
