Retail Security Officer

In this role, you will be at the forefront of maintaining safety in the retail sector. As someone who is approachable and skilled, you will easily engage with customers and deter unwanted behavior. You'll conduct patrols, respond to incidents, and collaborate with Loss Prevention and management teams to enhance security.

• Deter theft through a visible security presence
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide reassurance
• Patrol entrances and sales floors proactively
• Handle incidents promptly and professionally
• Report suspicious activity to store management

• Valid BC Security Worker License (BST)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Calm and dependable, even in emergencies
• 6 months of experience in retail or security preferred
• Must remain attentive and stand during shifts
