Security Liaison at Ripley’s Aquarium

Support guest safety at Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada as a Security Liaison. Your primary focus will be maintaining secure and welcoming environments for visitors and staff.

As a crucial member of the Security Services team, you will report to the Manager and be responsible for enforcing security protocols smoothly.

Your role involves responding to emergencies, conducting property patrols, and providing event security. Being discreet during incidents will help enhance safety for everyone involved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct crowd management and enforce safety regulations

• Communicate effectively using two-way radios for safety procedures

• Assist guests with special needs or requirements

• Monitor the premises for theft and vandalism

• Provide security support during events and functions

Requirements:

• Diploma in Law and Security or equivalent experience

• Valid CPR and First Aid certifications

• Pass Toronto Police Services security screening

• Maintain a professional, energetic attitude

• Adaptable to flexible shifts throughout the year
