• Full‑time permanent position: 7/7 0700‑1900 12‑hour rotational shift

• Patrol sensitive areas (interior/exterior) to deter and detect suspicious activity.
• Manage access control and identity verification for secure zones.
• Respond promptly to alarms, site codes, and incidents; take appropriate action to stabilize situations.
• De‑escalate conflicts professionally and maintain order while upholding property rules and by‑laws.
• Liaise with law enforcement and emergency responders during serious incidents.
• Communicate clearly via radio and in person with clients, visitors, and team members.
• Document incidents, observations, and actions taken through accurate reports and logs.
• Perform proactive patrols and lock/unlock routines to maintain safety and security

• MB Security Guard licence (or eligible) and legal right to work in Canada.
• Security/protective services or high‑volume customer service in an asset
• Access control & ; clear radio communication.
• Strong situational awareness; rapid response to alarms/codes; confident de‑escalation.
• Solid report writing (incident/DAR/maintenance); basic alarm/access-control proficiency.
• Fit for patrols (standing/walking/stairs); professional with clients and emergency services.
