Ensure safety and security as a Protective Services Officer II in Alberta. Manage events, enforce laws, and collaborate with care teams to enhance experiences for clients and their families.
As a Protective Services Officer II, you will focus on the safety of patients, visitors, and staff while adhering to legal standards.
Your role includes tasks such as incident reporting, risk assessment, and maintaining positive public relations. You will also support various facility departments and implement trauma-informed practices to improve the work environment.
Key Responsibilities Provide security services for patients, visitors, and staff
Enforce federal, provincial, and municipal statutes
Conduct internal investigations and asset loss prevention
Prepare court documents and secure evidence
Support facility departments on safety matters
Requirements High School diploma or equivalent
Active Community Peace Officer eligibility
Two years of related work experience
Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
Current First Aid and CPR Level C certification
