Position: Ripley’s Aquarium Security Liaison Role
Join Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada as a Security Liaison, where you'll enhance safety for guests and staff alike. Your primary objective is to create a secure and welcoming atmosphere.

Reporting to the Security Services Manager, you will enforce all security protocols with precision. Your responsibilities include responding to emergencies, patrolling property, and overseeing event security. Discretion in managing incidents will further contribute to a secure environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct crowd management and enforce safety regulations

• Communicate effectively using two-way radios for safety procedures

• Assist guests with special needs or requirements

• Monitor the premises for theft and vandalism

• Provide security support during events and functions

Requirements:

• Diploma in Law and Security or equivalent experience

• Valid CPR and First Aid certifications

• Pass Toronto Police Services security screening

• Maintain a professional, energetic attitude

• Adaptable to flexible shifts throughout the year
