Key Responsibilities:

• Secure premises and monitor for safety risks

• Respond proactively to emergencies and service calls

• Operate and maintain security systems and equipment

• Work with patient service coordinators for safety measures

• Conduct pre-landing inspections as part of daily tasks

Requirements:

• Previous security experience in challenging environments

• High school diploma and security officer training certificate

• Valid Class 5 driver's license and Manitoba Security Guard License

• Must pass all required criminal and abuse registry checks

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
