Experienced Retail Tactical Security Guard

Hawkeye Security Group is seeking Experienced Retail Tactical Security Guards in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Maintain a proactive security presence while responding to incidents effectively in a retail environment.

In this role, you will work with Hawkeye Security Group to ensure safety and security across retail locations. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional communication and situational awareness skills, alongside the ability to deter criminal activities effectively. You will manage emergencies and document incidents thoroughly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold a strong tactical presence throughout retail spaces

• Conduct effective patrols to deter theft and vandalism

• Observe and report suspicious activities to prevent loss

• Engage in conflict resolution while managing disturbances

• Generate detailed incident reports for management review

Requirements:

• Valid Manitoba Security Guard Licence is mandatory

• Strong verbal and written communication skills required

• Experience in retail security or related fields preferred

• Capability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Capacity to stand and patrol for extended durations
