As a Mall Security Guard, There is a high focus on customer service ,De- escalating situations and constant Patrol ,since you will be working with people all shift, in a Mall environment

• Hourly wage of $17.34 + comprehensive benefits
• We will invest in you, covering the costs of continuing education through Garda World Academy
• Permanent Position:
  Friday and Saturday 2300 to 0730

• Maintain a safe and Secure environment
• Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal.
• Performing Patrol at the Premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
• Enforce Property regulations and city Bi
  - Laws on the client's site.
• Monitor Close Circuit Cameras
• Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
• Coordinate response to the incidents.
• Respond to telephone calls received by the Security Department.
• Complete Daily reports and Incident Reports.

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
• Tactical experience ( Asset)
• Good with Technology
• Valid Manitoba Security Guard license
• Customer service oriented
• Must be able to work day shifts.
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a stressful environment
