Drive security excellence at Garda World as a Dispatcher in Canada. Your ability to monitor and respond to threats ensures safety and operational integrity in our security center.

As a Security Dispatcher/Operator, you’ll focus on identifying security breaches across multiple monitors. This position involves maintaining communication with law enforcement and managing security protocols. Regular night shifts are required, along with flexibility for other shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor screens for security threats and irregularities

• Report emergencies to police and fire responders

• Conduct virtual camera patrols for security oversight

• Keep detailed reports of security efficiency metrics

• Audit camera effectiveness and manage requests

Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in Canada

• High school diploma required

• Minimum of 1 year dispatcher experience necessary

• Post-secondary diploma in Security and Law Enforcement preferred

• Strong skills in communication and report writing
