Garda World is hiring a Strip Mall Security Guard to support safety initiatives. In this permanent role, you'll work Monday to Friday and Saturdays, engaging with patrons and responding to incidents. Your presence will deter criminal activity and foster an environment of confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and secure mall environment

• Deter criminal activity through engagement and visibility

• Respond to emergencies, including medical incidents

• Conduct regular foot patrols to enforce security measures

• Utilize G-Track reporting system during patrols

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Previous security experience is an asset

• Valid Manitoba Security Guard license required

• Customer service orientation is essential

• Leadership and problem-solving abilities needed
