• Hourly wage of $16.60 per hour

• Maintain a safe and secure environment
• Deter criminal activity; guards may be expected to engage in visible deterrence through their presence and by adhering to security procedures.
• Respond to various emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches.
• Perform exterior and interior foot patrols at the premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
• Use G-Track reporting system while patrolling.
• Enforce property regulations and city bi-laws on the client's site.
• Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
• Complete daily reports and incident reports.

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
• Valid Manitoba Security Guard license
• Customer service oriented
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a stressful environment
