Position: Mobile Tactical Supervisor Security Role
Become a Mobile Tactical Supervisor with LTS Protective Services in Concord, Ontario, to ensure safety and security at various client locations during night shifts. Use your skills to conduct patrols and respond to incidents.

This full-time role involves overseeing mobile security operations while adhering to site-specific protocols. Successful candidates must demonstrate sound judgment and professionalism under pressure, managing proactive patrols and ensuring access control. Liaising with local authorities and documenting incidents is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patrols at multiple client locations

• Monitor and secure all access points effectively

• Respond to alarms, emergency incidents, and trespassing

• Complete daily reports, logs, and activity summaries

• Communicate with dispatch and support site staff as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in tactical security roles

• Required valid Ontario Security Guard License

• Clean and current G Class Driver’s License

• First Aid and CPR Level C certification

• Full COVID-19 vaccination proof needed
