Step into a leadership role as the Mobile Patrol Supervisor for night shifts in Greater Victoria. Ensure effective alarm response and team collaboration throughout the overnight operations.

As the Mobile Team Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and support the Mobile Patrol and static guards during overnight shifts. You will prioritize emergency responses, manage compliance checks, and facilitate communication within the security operations. Effective leadership and a customer-focused approach are vital in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Mobile Patrol Drivers and static guards effectively

• Provide guidance and support during emergencies

• Manage alarm response coordination and prioritization

• Perform compliance checks and service quality assessments

• Foster communication among mobile teams and SOC

Requirements:

• Experience in Mobile Patrol or security supervision preferred

• Comprehensive knowledge of alarm response procedures

• Strong leadership and customer service skills

• Valid BC Security Worker Licence and Class 5 Driver’s Licence

• Familiarity with scheduling systems like Track Tik is beneficial
