Become a Parking Enforcement Officer to ensure compliance with parking regulations and foster excellent customer relations. This role involves patrolling areas and enforcing safety standards.
As a Parking Enforcement Officer, you are responsible for actively patrolling assigned locations, issuing warnings and tickets for violations, and reporting hazardous conditions. This role requires a proactive customer service approach and solid communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consistently patrol designated areas by vehicle
• Issue warnings and citations for parking offenses
• Identify and report unsafe parking conditions
• Coordinate towing for illegally parked vehicles
• Maintain accurate operational and enforcement documentation
Requirements:
• Proven public interaction and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean history
• Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to thrive under pressure
• Competent in using handheld and computing devices
