Position: Full-Time Asset Protection Associate
Sephora is seeking a Full-Time Asset Protection Associate to ensure the security of store assets and prevent theft. This essential role blends customer service with operational vigilance.

Based at Polo Park in Winnipeg, you will conduct surveillance and provide excellent service while adhering to Sephora's loss prevention protocols. Collaborating with the Leadership team on inventory audits and training fellow employees will be part of your daily responsibilities to enhance overall security measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveillance and approach suspected shoplifters

• Prepare comprehensive reports on theft and loss incidents

• Establish rapport with law enforcement and security agencies

• Train staff on loss prevention awareness and techniques

• Aid in inventory audits and shrinkage prevention strategies

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of retail asset protection experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
