Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitorsPerform regular patrols to identify potential risksInspect security equipment and report any maintenance needsRespond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teamsWrite incident reports and communicate security concernsMaintain a polite and friendly demeanor, treating every person with respectCCTV cameras monitoring and operationMonitor and control special events crowd traffic and room access.Take actions during emergency situations as per Garda world and USB protocols.Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposalComplete Daily reports and Incident reportsProvide assistance and evacuate the building(s) in case of emergencyQualifications for Bilingual Security Guard
Hold a valid Manitoba security licenseFirst aid certification an assetExceptional customer service skillsProficient in basic phone & computer skillsGood verbal and written communication skillsBe able to work Afternoon ShiftsFluent in French and English ( Written and Verbal)Previous experience in the security industry is an assetBe eligible to work in CanadaApply today – this could be more than a job! 26% of our corporate employees started as frontline workers.
