• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity.
• Lead a team of trained security guards.
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas.
• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• Respond to code alerts.
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.

• Be authorized to work in Canada.
• Hold a valid Manitoba security license.
• First aid certification is an asset or willing to obtain.
• Use of Force training is an asset or willing to obtain.
• Ability to stand and walk entire shift.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in the security industry (asset).
• Tactical experience (asset).
• Customer service oriented.
• Leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a stressful environment.
