Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Guard to oversee security operations at our Winnipeg site. The position requires comprehensive skills in security protocols, effective communication, and customer service. You will engage with guests, patrol assigned areas, and ensure adherence to safety regulations while responding to emergencies and collaborations with law enforcement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct visible patrols of the property

• Assist guests with directions and safety concerns

• Maintain security compliance and safety procedures

• Report incidents and assist emergency responders

• Collaborate with tenant and guest services for support

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in security or customer service

• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Valid provincial security license and driver’s license
