Position: Loss Prevention Associate at UNIQLO
Become a vital part of UNIQLO al Centre as a full-time Loss Prevention Associate.

Your role will center on protecting assets while ensuring the safety of customers and employees.

As a Loss Prevention Associate, you will collaborate with Store Management and the Area Loss Prevention Manager to enforce Loss Prevention policies. Key responsibilities include training staff, identifying shoplifters, and utilizing technology for safety and loss reduction. Your attention to detail will help in managing investigations and enhancing compliance across the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute Loss Prevention initiatives and policies

• Train store personnel on Loss Prevention measures

• Detect and apprehend shoplifters safely

• Implement loss reduction strategies with store teams

• Utilize Loss Prevention technology for identifying issues

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Loss Prevention

• Understanding of Canadian laws related to safety

• Familiarity with Inventory management systems

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work flexible hours and stand for extended periods
