Job Summary We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their property. This role requires strong observational skills, a proactive approach to security, and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies. The Security Guard will monitor premises through surveillance systems, conduct regular patrols, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of the premises.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
• Utilize CCTV and other surveillance equipment to monitor activities within the facility.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, following established protocols.
• Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and any security breaches.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as necessary during investigations or emergencies.
• Provide assistance to clients and visitors as needed while maintaining a professional demeanor.

• Previous experience in law enforcement or loss prevention is preferred.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is highly desirable.
• Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
• Must be able to pass background checks and any required training certifications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certifications are a plus.
