Paladin Security is hiring a Full-Time Security Guard to patrol and maintain safety at assigned locations.

Your role will involve enforcing rules, responding to emergencies, and providing outstanding customer service. The position requires effective communication skills and involves work during mornings, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol the site by foot or vehicle regularly

• Enforce security rules and control access points

• Respond to emergencies like aggression or intoxication

• Deliver excellent customer service to the public

• Communicate incidents via two-way radio and report

Requirements:

• Minimum 19 years of age

• First Aid & CPR Level C certification required

• Ability to perform physical duties in various weather

• High School Diploma or GED required

• MOAB Certification willingness prior to onboarding
