• Hourly wage of $16.60
• Training through Garda World Academy
• Permanent position:
  Sunday 0400‑1400, Wednesday 1400‑2400, Thursday 1400‑2400, Saturday 0400‑1400

• Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, treating every person with respect
• Operate and monitor CCTV cameras
• Monitor and control crowd traffic and room access for special events
• Take actions during emergency situations as per Garda World and USB protocols
• Control access at entry and exit points using provided equipment
• Complete daily and incident reports
• Assist and evacuate occupants during emergencies

• Valid Manitoba security license
• First‑aid certification is an asset
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Positive verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work afternoon shifts
• Fluent in French and English (written and verbal)
• Previous security industry experience is an asset
• Eligible to work in Canada
