As a Hospital Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service, team work and access control since you will be working with people all shift, in a Hospital environment.

• Hourly wage of $ 17.33
• Permanent Position: Monday to Friday )

• Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
• Access control duties (checking IDs, dealing with contractors, liaising with the building management etc.)
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the protection of people, assets, and property
• Deter criminal activity. Guards may be expected to engage in visible deterrence through their presence and by adhering to security procedures. Security presence
• Respond to various emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches
• Point of contact with authorities and emergency service

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid Manitoba security license
• First aid certification an asset
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
