Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular patrols to ensure facility security

• Monitor who enters and exits the premises

• Observe and respond to security camera feeds

• Address emergencies and document incidents effectively

• Ensure compliance with facility rules and interventions when necessary

Requirements:

• Valid Security Guard License in Manitoba is required

• First Aid/CPR Certification seen as beneficial

• Relevant experience in security or customer service

• Strong observational and communication skills

• Capability to manage stress in emergencies
