Join Garda World as a Hospital Security Guard where your responsibility for safety and customer service will shine. This position focuses on team collaboration while engaging with the public every shift.
As a Community Office Security Guard, you will work in a hospital setting from Monday to Friday, ensuring access control and responding to emergencies. Your natural ability to connect with others will play a vital role in reassuring visitors while maintaining security protocols to protect people and property.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with and guide visitors at the entrance
• Verify identities and control access effectively
• Respond to various emergencies and provide first aid
• Write detailed reports on incidents and concerns
• Conduct rounds to monitor for criminal activity
Requirements:
• Must hold a valid Manitoba security license
• First aid certification is advantageous
• Strong customer service skills needed
• Basic phone and computer skills required
• Experience with two-way radios an asset
