This full-time position offers two shifts:
Monday–Friday 0700–1500 or 1500–2300. In this essential role, you will manage access control, conduct patrols, and respond promptly to incidents. Your ability to engage with others will help build trust and confidence among patients and staff, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and verify the identity of visitors

• Control access to hospital facilities

• Execute regular patrols for safety assurance

• Respond to emergency incidents with first aid

• Monitor CCTV and report equipment needs

Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in Canada

• Hold a valid Manitoba security license

• First aid certification is beneficial

• Strong phone and computer proficiency

• Completion of high school or equivalent
