Position: Casual Security Guard for Paladin Security

Candidates should possess a valid Manitoba Security Guard License and at least one year of security experience. This role involves substantial responsibility, including managing access control, performing regular patrols, and reacting effectively to emergencies. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate portable radios and fire panels

• Control visitor access and issue badges

• Conduct patrols and safety assessments

• Respond to communications and alarms professionally

• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12 education or GED

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills

• Minimum one year of relevant security experience

• Self-motivated with robust organizational skills

• Eligible for controlled goods security assessment in Canada
