Paladin Security seeks experienced Tactical Guards to ensure safety a licensed professional, you will patrol the premises and respond to incidents effectively.
In this role, you will maintain a visible security presence and enforce regulations. Responsibilities include conducting patrols, responding to alarms, and delivering excellent customer service. Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills and an ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular internal and external patrols
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
• Draft detailed incident reports and activity logs
• Enforce site regulations and guidelines
• Control access and monitor CCTV systems
Requirements:
• Valid Security Guard License mandatory
• First Aid & CPR Certification required
• Use of Force Certification necessary
• Excellent communication skills needed
• Clean criminal record is essential
