Paladin Security is looking for a dedicated Full-Time Security Officer who will ensure the safety of properties while actively engaging with the public. This role requires adherence to protocols, handling emergencies, and providing exceptional service. Shifts will vary, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine patrols by foot or vehicle

• Enforce access control and security measures

• Address emergencies involving medical or aggressive behaviors

• Offer exemplary service and assistance to the public

• Accurately document incidents and daily activities

Requirements:

• At least 19 years old

• Certification in First Aid & CPR Level C required

• Strong physical stamina for extended periods

• High School Diploma or GED is a must

• Must be willing to complete MOAB training
