Key Responsibilities:

• Establish healthcare security program and standards

• Direct implementation of security systems and measures

• Oversee staff training and compliance with best practices

• Manage departmental operations and financial responsibilities

• Conduct sensitive investigations when necessary

Requirements:

• Seven years of police or security management experience required

• Five years of relevant experience in unionized environments preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields mandatory

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills required

• Eligible for certification as a Protection Professional
