Under the guidance of the Corporate Security Manager, you will be responsible for drafting and deploying security policies while ensuring robust security practice adherence. Your strategic oversight will include managing risk assessments and technical implementation of security solutions. Collaborating across teams will bolster operational resilience and achieve enterprise objectives through comprehensive risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of physical security programs and policies
• Perform risk assessments on corporate facilities and operations
• Spearhead the implementation of security technologies
• Foster collaboration with cybersecurity and emergency management teams
• Coach and manage performance of security personnel
Requirements:
• Degree in Criminal Justice or related field plus 5 years of experience
• Relevant professional certifications are highly desirable
• Strong familiarity with NERC CIP compliance standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to obtain a Government of Canada Security Clearance
