As a Medical Clinic Security Guard , there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people in all shift and safeguarding them and the property

• Hourly wage of $ 17.33 + comprehensive benefits

• Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
• Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal.
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Maintain a safe and Secure environment
• Respond to calls from client
• Remove unwanted persons from the property
• CCTV monitoring

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid Manitoba security license
• First aid certification an asset
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills ( French an Asset)
• Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
• De-escalation skills
• Be good with Technology
