This position offers a dynamic role centered on asset protection and theft prevention within a retail environment. You will leverage your interpersonal communication skills to interact with clients and develop relationships with local law enforcement and security partners. The role includes conducting surveillance, preparing detailed reports, and training new hires on loss prevention techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales floor surveillance and use CCTV for theft deterrence

• Prepare incident reports and audit documentation

• Develop professional relationships with law enforcement and mall security

• Conduct self-audits and communicate findings to store leadership

• Assist in inventory preparation and shrinkage prevention plans

Requirements:

• 1 year of asset protection experience in retail

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to handle flexible hours, including holidays

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Must lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fragrance-filled environment
