Assiniboine Park Conservancy is looking for a reliable part-time Security Officer to help protect the park's assets and enhance guest experiences. You will play a key role in patrolling the grounds, resolving conflicts, and assisting in emergency situations while ensuring adherence to safety regulations. Excellent communication skills are crucial for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol park and zoo on a regular basis

• Control access to restricted areas as necessary

• Secure buildings and clear areas at night

• Provide assistance through the security hotline

• Respond to emergencies with First Aid and CPR

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Manitoba Security Guard License

• Valid Manitoba Class 5 Driver's License required

• Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification essential

• Age requirement: 18 or older

• Previous security experience preferred
