Position: Security & Maintenance Associate Overnight Role
Join Canad Inns as a Security & Maintenance Associate, providing essential overnight support to enhance guest safety at our Windsor Park location. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Working directly with the management team, you will manage guest complaints, assist with nightly audits, and ensure the swift resolution of technical issues. Your calm and professional approach is needed to handle emergencies and security matters while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. This unique position blends traditional security responsibilities with operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle guest issues and room maintenance concerns

• Cover Night Auditor duties when necessary

• Conduct crowd management and property safety checks

• Record incidents and prepare reports for management

• Deliver First Aid or CPR as required during emergencies

Requirements:

• Valid MB Security Guard License and clean hygiene habits

• Effective confidential communication both verbally and in writing

• Detail-oriented and enjoys engaging with diverse individuals

• Ability to multi-task and organize effectively

• Previous security or hospitality experience is an asset
