As a Hospital Protection Security Guard ( Qualified person) in a Hospital setting , physical ability and ability to De- escalade situation is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling and de-escalate situations in a Hospital environment.

P1:
Monday to thursday 2330 to 0730 QP training
P2:
Thursday - Friday 2330 to 0730 QP training
P3:
Sat/Sun 1930 to 0730 QP training
- Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
- Lead a team of trained Security guards
- Verify identities and control access to secure areas
- React quickly to threats or incidents
- Responding to code
- Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
- Document incidents and actions taken
- Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
- Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid Manitoba security license
- First aid certification an asset is an assett or willing to obtain
- Use of Force is an assett or willing to obtain
- Ability to stand and walk entire shift
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
- Tactical experience(Asset)
- Customer service oriented
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a stressful environment
