Security Officer - Shared Health Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the secure access to facilities

• Interact with patients and staff to ensure safety

• Operate security systems including radios and CCTV

• Conduct safety inspections and evaluate risks

• Respond to emergencies with effective crisis management

Requirements:

• Completion of high school education mandatory

• Possession of a valid Manitoba Security Guard License

• Experience managing crises in healthcare settings

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
