As a Medical Facility Security Guard in a Hospital setting , physical ability and ability to De- eskale situation is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling and de-escalate situations in a Hospital environment.

• Hourly wage of $17.33

• Mileage will be paid for Guards going from Winnipeg
• Position: 14 days Rotational Schedule ( Day and Night shifts) Day shift hours 7 Am to 7 Pm and Night Shift hours 7 Pm to 7 Am

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Responding to code
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
  
  Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid Manitoba security license
• First aid certification an asset is an assett or willing to obtain
• Use of Force is an assett or willing to obtain
• Ability to stand and walk entire shift
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
• Tactical experience (Asset)
• Customer service oriented
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a stressful environment
