Position: Security Agent for Retail Loss Prevention

In this position, you will engage customers, respond to alarms, and assist with investigations of theft. Your responsibilities include operating CCTV technology and collaborating with various security personnel to combat retail crime at our stores like WINNERS and Marshalls. Developing leadership skills is also a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service and support

• Detect and prevent thefts while in uniform

• Aid Store Investigators in apprehending suspects

• Conduct thorough surveillance of the store environment

• Report and document incidents of theft and dishonesty

Requirements:

• Minimum High School diploma

• Experience in Retail Loss Prevention or related fields

• Required provincial security license

• Valid driver's license may be necessary

• Must pass a criminal record check
