Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitorsConduct regular patrols of designated areas.Assist tenants by providing requested services.Manage access to restricted areas as required.Remove unauthorised individualsMonitor stairwells and common areas for cleanliness and safety.Conduct exterior checks of building entrances and parking areas.Maintain a presence at the security desk during designated hours.Report every incident and tenant complaint to the clientMaintain a presence at the security desk during designated hourRespond to emergencies on a required basisQualifications for Tactical Office Building Security Guard
