We are seeking an experienced Auto Insurance Advisor to serve as the first point of contact for all clients, providing professional, accurate, efficient, and courteous advice regarding auto insurance.

• Act as the first point of contact for all client inquiries related to auto insurance.
• Provide professional, accurate, efficient, and courteous advice to clients regarding auto insurance.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry regulations, policies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service.

• Level 1 insurance license or willingness to obtain within the specified period.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in insurance or customer service.
• Motivation to support a diverse team and contribute to a team environment.
• Proactive self‑starter with keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
• Proficiency with Windows‑based computer systems.
• No travel required.
