Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for a CFAA professional, based in Winnipeg, MB. The role involves designing, installing, inspecting, and maintaining safety and security systems, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards. Responsibilities include conducting regular system tests, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing expert recommendations to clients. While the role is primarily on‑site, some work‑from‑home flexibility is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting related to fire alarms and security systems
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and fire alarm system standards
• Proficiency in technical problem‑solving and operating specialized tools and equipment
• Strong communication and client service skills to provide clear recommendations and updates
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with teams, and manage tasks efficiently
• Valid CFAA certification is required along with a valid driver’s license
• Previous experience in the security or safety industry is an asset
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high‑quality standards
