We’re seeking a Security Delivery Professional to join TELUS in Winnipeg, MB. Safety matters to our customers, so it matters to us.

This role involves installing and repairing complex residential/business alarm systems, smart‑home technology, enterprise networking, and more. You’ll use your communication skills to build authentic customer relationships, troubleshoot issues, and educate customers on technology possibilities.

• Install and repair complex residential/business alarm systems.
• Identify, analyse and investigate customer concerns/issues.
• Use strong computer and networking skills to troubleshoot customer issues.
• Educate customers on smart‑home automation and connected user experience.
• Build authentic customer relationships to deliver exceptional outcomes.
• Support customers across various areas when needed.
• Work in a physically demanding environment including heavy lifting, confined spaces, all weather, heights, ladders, man lifts and scissor lifts.
• Work flexible shifts: days, evenings, weekends, statutory holidays.
• Maintain safety practices and abide by safety rules and regulations.

• Previous experience providing exceptional customer service.
• Comfortable with solutions‑based selling, recommending products and up‑selling TELUS services.
• Bondable (security clearance and criminal record check). Clean and valid Class 5 Driver’s License or provincial equivalent.
• Normal colour vision.
• Physically fit for demanding workload.
• Comfortable working at heights, climbing ladders, man lifts and scissor lifts.
• Flexible for various shifts.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages a bonus.
• Pro‑active decision maker; works with limited supervision.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and thrive in dynamic environment; strong teamwork.

Security/alarm installation training will be provided.

• Post‑secondary education in electronics, computers/IT or similar.
• Security Systems Technician Trades Qualified (TQ) certification.
• Electrical FSR designation.
• Previous security/alarm installation experience.
