This role emphasizes supporting foster youth and families in navigating their challenges through effective case management. You will organize monthly planning meetings, assess services provided in homes, and collaborate with the management team. The position requires regular travel across Winnipeg and adherence to strict confidentiality and documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop positive relationships with youth and families
• Conduct comprehensive case planning monthly
• Complete necessary licensing documentation
• Review and distribute operational reports
• Ensure caregiver training needs are identified
Requirements:
• BSW degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Knowledge of the CFS sector and related standards
• Conflict resolution and strong interpersonal skills
• Current child and adult abuse registry checks
• Valid Manitoba driver's license required
