Métis Spirit Worker - Community Support Focus

In this dynamic role, you'll deliver the Metis Spirit Program, focusing on mentoring youth and young adults to help them build the skills necessary for independence. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support and guidance to young adults in care

• Work closely with agency workers and community specialists

• Manage all required documentation and reporting tasks

• Lead and organize group programs for participants

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Social Sciences

• Three years of youth-focused work experience

• Experience with group work and programming

• Knowledge of Métis community resources

• Criminal Record Check required prior to hiring
