In this full-time role, you will work with IYS networks across Atlantic Canada, applying your understanding of implementation science and community health to drive significant improvements. Leverage your expertise to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and ensure the seamless integration of services for youth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement evidence-based practices in youth services
• Build strong relationships with community partners
• Monitor, synthesize, and evaluate implementation data
• Coach partners through system change initiatives
• Create impactful training and resource materials
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field
• Three years’ experience in youth mental health services
• Proven skills in equity and change management
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities
• Willingness to travel throughout Atlantic Canada
