SP3 Resource Coordinator
Regular/full‑time – Department of Families, Regional Social Services, Community Services and Supports – Winnipeg, MB – Salary: $60,011.00 – $79,189.00 per year – Closing Date:
June 29, 2026

Duties- Develop and deliver services for multiple programs, including the Community Living Disability and Children’s Disability Services programs, in accordance with relevant legislation and standards.
- Recruit, hire, manage and supervise family support/direct service workers.
- Monitor compliance with program legislation, policies, and service delivery principles; produce ongoing monitoring and reporting.
- Provide program information to community or family services workers, parents, and community groups.
- Develop and implement new home and community services.
- Post‑secondary education in Human or Social Services or related field, with related work experience.
- Experience planning, coordinating, or implementing services with children and families in a social service setting.
- Demonstrated human resource management experience, including recruitment and labour relations, preferably in a unionised environment.
- Experience managing employee expenses, staff schedules, and confidential employee information.
- Ability to interpret and apply acts, regulations, and policies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience supporting individuals with diverse backgrounds and recognising diverse needs.
- Strong organisational, conflict‑resolution, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Must provide satisfactory Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Search.
- Must provide satisfactory Child Abuse Registry Check.
- Must provide satisfactory Adult Abuse Registry Check.
- Occasional travel throughout the province may be required, including overnight stays.
- Must possess and maintain a valid, unrestricted, Full Stage Manitoba Class 5 Driver’s Licence or equivalent, and have access to a personal vehicle for work‑related travel.
