As a Community Service Worker (SP4) for the Manitoba government, you will lead a Service Coordination team, engaging with multiple stakeholders to enhance the well-being of families and individuals. Utilizing a family-centred approach, your role includes crisis management, program advocacy, and service planning, addressing various challenges faced by clients and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead service coordination for diverse community needs
• Act as liaison between families and support agencies
• Coordinate protection services and crisis intervention
• Assess and monitor support services for clients
• Develop networks to support client independence
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent education
• Case management experience in social services
• Experience with vulnerable populations and crisis management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid Class 5 driver's licence and travel capability
