In this part-time role, you'll collaborate with creative leads and a diverse team to facilitate impact investing and culturally secure experiences for varied participants. This position centers on outreach, resource coordination, and community care practices, emphasizing inclusivity throughout all interactions.
Responsibilities- Assist in outreach and communications for projects
- Support participant scheduling and onboarding processes
- Take meeting notes and organize community knowledge
- Handle administrative duties related to coordination
- Facilitate production support and documentation efforts
- Resident of Canada, aged 18 or over
- 1-2 years relevant experience in the arts sector
- Strong communication skills in English, ASL, or French
- Access to a personal computer and internet
- Familiarity with Excel and relevant software tools
