Drive social change through your role as Associate Producer. Support arts and culture-led initiatives focusing on accessibility and community engagement from 2026 to 2028.

In this part-time role, you'll collaborate with creative leads and a diverse team to facilitate impact investing and culturally secure experiences for varied participants. This position centers on outreach, resource coordination, and community care practices, emphasizing inclusivity throughout all interactions.

• Assist in outreach and communications for projects
• Support participant scheduling and onboarding processes
• Take meeting notes and organize community knowledge
• Handle administrative duties related to coordination
• Facilitate production support and documentation efforts

• Resident of Canada, aged 18 or over
• 1-2 years relevant experience in the arts sector
• Strong communication skills in English, ASL, or French
• Access to a personal computer and internet
• Familiarity with Excel and relevant software tools
